Please include:

  • Whether you are using iPhone, iPad, or Android
  • Device model
  • Operating-system version
  • SeatSolve version
  • A short description of what you expected
  • What happened instead
  • Steps that reproduce the problem
  • A screenshot, when useful

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Restore SeatSolve Pro

  1. Open SeatSolve.
  2. Open the Pro screen or Settings.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Confirm that the device is signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
  5. Make sure the device has an internet connection while restoring.

SeatSolve Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not require buying Pro again when you restore using the same store account. Cross-platform transfer between Apple and Google accounts is not guaranteed.

Free-tier limits

The free version includes:

  • One event
  • Up to 50 guests
  • Unlimited tables
  • Five automatic solver runs
  • One saved arrangement
  • CSV export

Reaching a limit does not delete or hide your existing data. It prevents additional use of that feature until Pro is unlocked.

Purchase and refund help

Apple and Google process payments directly. Sleepycat Software cannot view complete payment-card details. For a refund or help with a store charge, use the purchase-history or support tools provided by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Seating solver tips

  • Add party and relationship rules before solving so the solver can respect them.
  • Check table capacities before solving; an impossible configuration cannot be solved.
  • Use lock-and-re-solve in Pro to keep important assignments in place.
  • Review the generated arrangement before exporting it.

Imports, exports, and backups

CSV guest import is a Pro feature and uses the system document picker. SeatSolve generates PDF and CSV exports and event backups locally; use Share, Save, or Print to send them to another app or destination.

If an export does not work, confirm the event can be opened, check available storage, try reopening SeatSolve, and on Android choose a writable folder when saving.
